I will be selling my 20 acre farm in the next 2-3 years. 4 bedroom 1 bath old farmhouse with good bones has never been updated except the bathroom. I will be selling as is at whatever the market may bear. I have fields that are hayed every year. Several acres in wood lot and mostly fenced with horses in mind. Several outbuildings that need repair and a complete woodworking shop that pretty much has it all. All farm equipment and woodworking equipment will be negotiated over and above sale of farm. I’m only taking most furniture, personal property and personal tools.
If you’re ever thinking about owning a beautiful property that is going to be coming on the market in a couple to three years this would probably be better than anything that would be available.
