Rears Pak Stak forklift attachment with front mount subframe. 2500lb capacity 84" lift height. Lift, tilt and side shift functions. 29" carriage width. Forks are 42"X4". I am not sure what it was last mounted on but the mounts look to be for a Deere of some sort. Can be changed or modified to fit your needs. Side shift and one of the tilt cylinders look like they could use a rebuild.

$1000 cash out the door. I can load it into an appropriate trailer or 8' bed truck. I take trade ins on equipment, implements and attachments.
