We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our fast-paced BBQ kitchen. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who can move with urgency, handle high volume, and execute consistently under pressure.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of line cook experience
-Strong experience working a charbroiler/grill station
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
-Reliable transportation (we are not located on a bus line)
-Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items to established recipes and quality standards
-Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
-Keep station clean, organized, and fully stocked
-Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service
-Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
-Accommodate guest dietary requests and special orders
-Participate in catering events when required
