Tiny home feel.
Double axle, 20 foot pull behind trailer. 3500 lb.
Good tires. Fully functioning with air conditioner. Three burner propane, stove, electric refrigerator, microwave, and working lights. Good battery and furnace. Small bunkbed or shelf , double bed and table that also modifies for sleeping quarters. Can sleep a total of 5.
I pulled it from Alabama two springs ago and it travels nicely.
I Did recent interior updates as I had planned to move to Arizona last year. Plans changed.
There is minor need for TLC and cosmetic issues but I do not have the time to finish some interior design while weather was dry and sunny.
The title was never switched over from previous owner but I have the bill of sale and should be easy to swap as I have been told.
I have never take. It back in the road once I parked it and it’s been mostly covered since.
