I have several Mercrusier Alpha 1 Gen 2 sterndrives in various gear ratios. 3.0L, 1.
98 ratio, upper only $300, 4.3L 1.84 ratio, complete drive, fresh water usage $800, 3.0L 2.00 ratio, has broken cavitatio plates, but repairable. Unknown condition, $200, 5.0/5.7 V-8, 1.47 ratio $950. I also have a collection of various Mercrusier propellers. Open to reasonable offers.
