Yamaha T9.9 - $400 (Aberdeen)

I picked it up to fix and flip but have to many other projects at the moment.
Before you ask I have no history on it other than it's been sitting for sometime but is not seized. I can turn it over by hand.
Visually it seems to be all there but there is a couple things that do need done.
I know the value of these things and won't be low balled but am negotiable.
Could be a fixer or parts.
