You are looking a softride R1 Classic frameset. It is a size large. I am 6'1" and the beam is at it lowest setting. I'm guessing a person 6'4-5" this frame would work for them. Sorry softride bag not part of deal.
It is in very good shape with a few cosmetic scratches.
The whole bike could be purchased but it is expensive.
