I have a MrCool DIY-36-HP-C-230C25 DIY 4th Generation E Star 36K condenser that has never been used - still in packaging. Package also includes a 25 foot pre charged line set. Heats, cools and dehumidifies large spaces.

This is the condenser only. You will need to purchase the indoor air handler to complete the system (around $600). The full system usually run for over $3600, so this is a great deal.

I’ve put three MrCool mini splits in and they’re very doable for the handy DIYer. You’ll just want to get an electrician for the final connections and permitting.

You’ll have to pick it up, and it’s heavy so you’ll want a truck with a lift gate or at least a ramp.
