Garbage, utilities (reasonable use) and internet is included.
We might consider person (people) with one car. Two cars will be harder, as we have limited parking.
The house is rented until 4th of January.
Our guest house currently does not have any kitchen. It is really just one room of livable space (like hotel/motel room). We provide microwave, coffee machine and electric tea cattle. Any hot plate or air fryer might do the trick for cooking food.
There is no laundry room ether. The laundromat is right across the street from the house though.
We share our speedy internet with the place.
We would share garbage (biggest size) and recycling bins (it will be included with monthly rent).
The place has its own water heater and electric space heater.
I would like to mention that it is a pool house in the summer. It has small pool pump in a separate room. We would need to access it in summer (starting mid April) to make sure it is running during the day and turn it off in the evening for the night. The pump is not very loud, but you do hear humming sound in the main room. That is a major reason we are considering renting it month to month.
You need to go up and down stairs on the deck to get to the house.
