Eagle Harbor Mechanical is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to the financial and project departments. This is a support role assisting in the daily operations of the company.
Salary
• Salary at $50,000 – $60,000/yr DOQ (see below for benefits offered)
JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (other duties may be assigned)
• Reception and phone answering, acknowledge deliveries and directing accordingly
• Assist with Accounts Payables and Payroll
• Office filing, ordering, copying, printing & misc. as assigned
• Compile and complete large print jobs and binder compilations (safety plans, submittal books, etc.)
• Compliance tracking, requesting & maintaining project compliance documentation (COI’s, W-9’s, Reseller Permits, etc.)
• Assist with O&M (operation and maintenance) compilation and research
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Three years in office/administrative duties
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Professional
• Prior work experience in a plumbing/HVAC or construction office
• Mechanically inclined, good problem-solving skills
• Organized and computer literate, ability to type efficiently on a standard keyboard
• Ability to work in a team environment, communicate efficiently and articulate clearly
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Normal office environment
• This position is located at our office in Tumwater, WA.
• Typical office hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm
