Need help retrieving my boat (Herstien island)

I was gaven a boat and it has been nothing but stress not the boat but The guy who was helping me with it. He decided to back out because of his own issues and now I am left to do it alone. He had gotten batteries for the boat n he took the batteries and left it out on anchor all lines where old it could be lose now. Its a nice boat we finnally got it running and put gas in it it only needed a little more work it hadn't ran in 7 year's. I dont want it getting lose and hurting other boats. I dont have the money to get new batteries right now nor can I get to the boat. I dont have a boat. I need badly someone to help me get new batteries and retrieve the boat before it gets loose. Please someone help me!!!!!! Please anyone out there that wants to help someone!! Please i need it badly asap!!!
