Looking for an older, comfortable, fulltime off grid unit that already has the toilet removed making space for composting toilet but still has a shower, ideally a bath tub.
Also manufacture's built-in furniture removed, I have my own.
Hot water heater needs to work off propane. Plan on using a generator.
Solar power maybe okay, I know nothing about it.
Working engine is not important, I'll have it towed to destination.
Okay if no pop outs.
No leaks, soft spots, rodents or bad smells.
Size 30 feet or bigger or thereabouts.
Ideally located near North Kitsap.
