10ft x 25ft Park Model Home trailer chassis with 2ea 6,000lbs axels. Trailer is suitable for a Park model home construction of your own design. The trailer differs from a Tiny House tailer in that you can go to a 10ft width versus a tiny house's 8ft width. It was manufactered by Cedar Ridge Industries of Centralia Washington.

Trailer is towable by standard size pickup with a 2 5/16" ball, a safety chain, and portable/temp lights. Note, the tongue jack is seized, so you will need small hydraulic jack to get it on/off your hitch.

Our plans to build our own Park Model have changed, so time to let this go. If this ad is up we still have it, cash only, $4400 OBO.
