If you are looking for a place to lay your head, stay warm, stay cool in the summer, this is the trailer for you. It’s not perfect by any means. The last owner made some modifications to allow a queen bed which is quite a bonus actually. The previous owner was a smoker but it’s been over a year and the smell of smoke is gone. When I bought the trailer the mover bumped a tree and the glass broke. The tarp has been set up for the last year and I’ve never had any leaks or problems also no issue maintaining heat or cold air.

Since owning the trailer I haven’t hooked it up to water at all and haven’t had access to the right
wattage for the AC/Heater. They turn on but won’t stay on with my current watts. (Can show you!) the last owner sold this with the water and toilet, shower, heater, ac all working and hasn’t been used since. So no issues there!
