We are actively seeking an experienced Measure Technician specializing in residential window and door replacement projects. This role is critical to the success of our installations and requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism in customer-facing environments.

This position is focused on measuring and project assessment only — not sales, not installation.

Scope of Work (Experience Required)

Windows – Must have experience with all frame styles:

• Nail Flange windows (with trim)
• Block Frame windows
• Retro Fit / sloped sill windows
• Full-frame wood window replacements

Doors – Must have experience with all:

• Exterior entry doors
• Interior doors
• Patio sliders

You must be able to provide accurate take-offs and measurements, including:

• Exact unit sizing and finished opening (FO) sizing
• Material requirements (trim, flashing, sill conditions, etc.)
• Code and compliance considerations
• Access issues, site constraints, and install-related concerns
• Clear documentation and photo uploads

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience measuring residential window & door replacements
• Strong understanding of construction methods and installation requirements
• Comfortable with mobile applications, software, and digital forms
• Reliable transportation and ability to handle significant daily drive time
• Professional communication and customer-facing skills
• Must be able to pass a background check

Position Type & Compensation

• 1099 contractor position
• Experienced Measure Technicians can expect to earn $500+ per day, depending on efficiency and volume
