Role Description
This is a full-time, 2nd Shift and on-site Flexographic Plate Production role located in Lakewood, WA. The role involves manufacturing and preparing flexographic plates for printing. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, monitoring production schedules to meet deadlines, and maintaining high-quality output. The role also involves effectively communicating within the team and supporting training initiatives to foster skill development and process improvement.
Qualifications
Skills in Flexographic plate making a plus.
Familiar with quality control practices to ensure adherence to high standards and accuracy in production.
Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate within a team environment and to convey clear information effectively.
Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in flexographic prepress and packaging production is a plus.
