All original equipment pictured including headset, controllers and 3 sensors. The only item missing is the xbox controller dongle. I never used the earpiece accessory.

Sensor mounting hardware included plus cable hangers which are very helpful if you play free standing games.

I'll throw in the HDMI repeater and cables for the repeater if you want them.
