I've always used it with a Thule hard case (included) so there are no scratches on the top or bottom of the case. The screen was replaced and the anti-reflective coating is in very good shape. The battery doesn't hold a charge so, unless you replace the battery, it has to be used with a power cable; new MagSafe 2 power adaptor included. There is a fresh install of macOS Monterey, ready to be configured by whoever buys it.
