Nothing fancy, no long term opptions, there is a shower that can be utilized as well as a kitchen & laundry for those who rent for multiple hrs.
Must clean up after yourself No parties, no loud music, no domestic disturbances.
This is a reasonable neighborhood. Modest apperances & behaviors are a must.
There are 2 dogs 1 cat in the house. Any other animals will be $5 extra & are expected to be kept in the room with you at all times
