Box says it fits Gen 3 and Gen 4 models:

I have installed it and stored it but have yet to go out to the range with it. Has both Allen wrenches and the original box. MSRP is $132 but Viridian is running a sale for $105 +tax shipping. I am obviously listing it for even less.
