Top speed on flat pavement is 23-26mph. The range of this board varies depending upon surface type. Another factor which will effect the boards range is the weight of the rider. If we assume that the rider is 220lbs and is riding on flat pavement, an estimate of 17-20 miles would be reasonable. Traveling over rugged terrain(gravel, mud, sand, loose dirt, grass, etc.) offroading 13-15 miles per charge.
Steering the board is accomplished by applying pressure to your toes or heal edge on the board, similar to snowboarding. The board comes with a handheld wireless controller. This controller controls the wheel speed either forward or backward(braking). The controller also has a battery life gauge.
