Private Property Owner Looking to Supplement Income (Kitsap Co.)

Looking for someone that would like to rent a spot out on their own private property. My mom and myself are looking for a place to rent for our utility trailer. My mom is 80 and I am a 56 year old male. We do not have any animals. Our trailer has everything we need as far as the essentials. We would just need a water and power hook up. We can pay up to $550 a month. We stay to ourselves and do not have any company except maybe a family member which is hardly ever. We do not have any pets. We do not store anything outside our trailer and keep the surrounding area clean and neat.
