This is a class 7 truck, re-titled as a motorhome in WA state. Purchased as a Komo 4 News satellite uplink truck but has since been stripped and conversion is partially complete. Engine is a 3116 CAT, 275hp/750tq. Allison MD3060 transmission, programmed as a 5 speed but can be reprogrammed with an extra overdrive. Air brakes, air ride rear/spring front. Runs and drives awesome, and is a ton of fun. Currently it has a twin bed in the rear, and a queen(ish) size dinette in the middle. It has propane plumbed to a 4.0Kw generator and a fridge/freezer. Will come with a furnace and stove/oven if desired. This also has a very nice inverter/charger and 4 large batteries. The roof is all diamond plate, with a ladder for access. Plenty of doors and storage around the box. The box is well insulated and VERY sturdy.
Buyer would need to finish what I started, but it's a very solid candidate for someone looking to do what I was doing. The truck will tow anything with ease and confidence, but I am going back to a pickup with a camper for accessibility to the places I camp. Otherwise I'd continue the build.
This truck has been all over the state, typically towing something and returns about 13MPG. Cruises on the highway comfortably and actually gets over the passes better than most comparable trucks. It's been fun for my family and always gets attention. Surprisingly easy to drive!
Will come with a load of conversion related parts I have already purchased but have not installed, and oil/filter for the next change.
Obviously there is a lot more info to provide, so please call, text or email if you're really interested.
