Hello. I am a travel nurse and I have one small furnished room available for a retired person who is able to deal with indoor temps in around high 50's in my home. Use of kitchen and common areas included. Be able to answer the doorbell to receive package? No cats allowed. Giant garden and greenhouse. Smoking allowed outside on the giant covered back patio. I only want retirement aged people because I am near that age too, and can't have the heat blasting. Single occupancy only. First and deposit to move in. Tell me about yourself! There are three bathrooms, one shower, one tub. No outside shoes inside, we have slippers for you.
