Im disabled and getting divorced and just cannot finish or continue to afford alone. We overlayed the floors it had the typical older mobile home saggy floors. Space rent is 900.00 a month .it's possible to live here for less than 1300.00 A MONTH. Lights at worst in winter is never over 130.00 garbage 60every 2 months insurance is 35 every 6months. Water and sewer included in rent. Cable or net varies dirt cheap living . A 2 bed apt in Port orchard is 1900 a month . Gig harbor over 2k a month . Here you get somthing substantial.
