I Need GM tech 2 scanner or snap on - $1,234 (Port Orchard)

I'm looking for someone with a GM Tech 2 diagnostic/ scan tool. Or possibly someone with a higher end Snap on. I've replaced the crankcase position sensor, and distributor on my 96 chevy silverado K3500. It's got the 7.4l vortec motor in it. It's the first year of the vortec motors, and the first year of obd2 scanners. So there are not many scanners out there that can do a case relearn on my truck. I also need one capable of reading the cam offset, so i can set the timing right. If it can do the case relearn it almost certainly can read the cam offset too. I realize that there are lots of scanners that are capable of performing that function. I'm just saying that it's highly unlikely that some other scan tool will be able to perform that function on my particular truck. I've tried several. I'm not looking to purchase one unless it's a screaming good deal, because they run about 2k each. I know there are some "made in china" clones of the GM tech2, and i have read that they work sometimes too. I'm not against trying one. I got $100 for someone that can spend a half hour helping me out with the right scanner. Hope you're out there somewhere, and you read this post and you like $100 bills. 😁
