Role and Responsibilities
· Record information provided by our guests in internal databases
· Communicate with guests, partners, and other internal departments by phone, email and letter
· Paper and digital filing
· Audit records
· Assist the Guest Services team to provide HIGH END customer service
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Entry level
· High school graduate
· Extremely detail oriented - Applicants who are not detail oriented will not be successful in this position.
· Accurate record keeper
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to adhere to a schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner
· Able to self motivate and self regulate
· Able to work as part of a cohesive team
· Friendly and professional on the phone and by email
· Able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace
· Comfortable learning new technology
Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
