The Evette by Buffet Crampon Paris has fantastic intonation and excellent projection across all ranges. This is a rare find in great condition. Any musician or collector would be lucky to have this piece. The Evette clarinet was Buffet's entry level professional clarinet. Its tone is focused and rich, and it is powerful in all registers. Its flexibility lends itself to all repertoires: symphonies or chamber music, jazz or pop, soloists, teachers and other types of advanced players. This particular instrument has undergone a complete overhaul by an experienced woodwind tech at Ted Brown Music in Silverdale and is in good playing and cosmetic condition. Wood shows no cracks whatsoever, keys are shiny, all pads, corks and some springs have been replaced.
Buffet Crampon intermediate and pro-level instruments are still created within the fine French instrument tradition at the historical production facility located in Mantes-la-Ville, France. The Evette's renowned for excellent construction and unmatched rich, round and lively tone quality in all registers.
