This is an aftermarket sissy adjustable back rest with shelf luggage platform. Came on my 09 Screaming Eagle 110 Road Glide and is after market mfgr. Appears to be a J&G but no markings. Chrome is excellent and the angle back rest adjusts just fine. No back pad and one of the mounting station rubbers was missing when I bought the bike. Replaced it with old school tubular style.
