We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual who’s ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. No experience required — we’ll train the right candidate!

Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll assist in the production and assembly of custom fabric products. You’ll work with cutting, welding, and finishing equipment to help bring our designs to life.

Responsibilities
• Measure, mark, and cut industrial fabrics using a cutting and plotting table
• Assist with layout and assembly of custom products
• Operate and learn Radio Frequency (RF) welders and Hot Air welders
• Read and follow design specifications
• Work with our design team to bring SketchUp designs into production
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and durability
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Preferred Skills (We’ll Train You!)
• Experience or interest in fabrication, textiles, or light manufacturing
• Familiarity with SketchUp or other basic design software
• Basic understanding of measurements and layouts
• Comfort working with tools, materials, and machinery
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
