This is not a normal household garage sale. I will be onsite Saturday liquidating the remaining contents of a construction company following a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and abandonment.
Everything remaining that was used to operate the construction business is being sold, from construction materials and jobsite equipment to shop storage, office contents and miscellaneous supplies.
The sale includes a large quantity of metal studs, track and metal framing materials; scaffolding and scaffold frames; Knaack Jobmaster boxes and chests; ladders, carts, shelving and shop vacuums; hardware, fasteners and construction supplies; cabinets, desks and office furniture; storage equipment; and many other miscellaneous contractor, shop and jobsite items.
There is substantially more onsite than can be completely photographed or listed. Additional items are still being sorted and uncovered as cleanup continues, so more will be available by the time of the sale.
Many items will be priced approximately 30%–50% below comparable new retail value, depending on the item, condition and quantity. There should be opportunities for contractors, metal-framing companies, property-maintenance businesses, shop owners, resellers and anyone looking for construction materials or commercial equipment.
A smaller 1970 forklift will also be available for sale. It may be running by the time of the sale, but that is not guaranteed.
IMPORTANT TOOL INFORMATION: Most hand tools and cordless tools have already been removed and will not be included in this onsite sale. The DeWalt and Hilti cordless tools are not yet ready for sale and will be offered separately at a later date. Please do not come expecting a general hand-tool or cordless-tool sale. Separate ad to be posted.
Cash is preferred. Large purchases or quantity purchases may require a deposit and confirmed funds. Some materials and equipment are large or available in substantial quantities and may require a separately scheduled pickup. Ask about possible delivery arrangements.
All items are being sold as-is, where-is. Buyers should inspect items before purchasing.
The property will be gated and locked outside the posted sale hours. There will be no early entry or access before 10:00 AM.
