Seeking an all around handy person to caretake property and personal/family assistant for owner, including but not limited to buildings, yard maintenance and organization on property. Opportunity is trade on premise in exchange for use of newly renovated 35’ trailer and $900/mo for amenities, plus deposit. Trade of service approx. $700/mo value of traded tasks.

Knowledge and upkeep of trailer is required
Familiar with or willingness to learn landscaping/plant care, general construction, electrical and plumbing
Personal assistant help owner with errands and small tasks
Honest, respectful, dependable and clean living
Need a reliable, insured auto, current driver’s license and a source of income.
