I need someone that is skilled in all areas of home building and remodeling. I have been involved in custom home building and remodeling for 30 years. I have been in Grapeview WA for 6 years now and have finally dug my roots in and business is picking up. I have attempted to hire many people in all aspects of the company and not found the right fit. Currently I hire subcontractors for much of the work as well as I do much of the work myself. I am looking for that lead that can do many things from foundations to framing to decks and siding. I also do excavation and many of the small things to finish houses like painting and hanging shower doors, towel racks, tp holders, mirrors, etc. there is much inside work that makes the winters not quite as bad. I am also open to someone who has other areas of experience as well. My wife and I have developed this company to grow and are taking steps to make this happen. I ultimately want a person who can become a project manager that can continue to work with us for many years. We are family oriented and have Christian morals. We always do the right thing even when it hurts. we would rather have someone that has the skills and expects to be paid well than someone that has talks a big game but doesn't have the chops. I have been in it long enough that I can tell the difference so don't waste your time if you don't have the skills. I always put everyone else first and I expect the same from whoever takes this position. I look forward to meeting you!
