Position Overview:
This is a light-duty, easy-going role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities Include:
• Daily pool and spa treatment and cleaning (training can be provided if needed)
• Daily clubhouse and restroom cleaning
• Clean exterior common areas grounds of debris/trash
• Routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs
• Ensuring common areas remain clean and presentable
Qualifications:
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to perform light physical tasks
• Basic maintenance skills preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn pool chemical balancing and safety procedures
• Good attention to detail
Schedule:
• Part-time hours with a flexible schedule, estimated 20 hours per week.
Compensation:
• $20.00 per hour
