Dental Assistant – Hygiene Focused Role | $24–$30/hr | 4-Day Work Week

Finn Hill Dental is looking for a positive, hospitality-oriented, reliable Dental Assistant to join our small, supportive team. This role is primarily hygiene-focused, assisting with double hygiene and sterilization flow, with the opportunity to grow into restorative and cosmetic assisting if desired.
We are a general and cosmetic dental practice that prides itself on providing exceptional care and a welcoming patient experience. Our patients are wonderful, and our team truly enjoys working together.

Schedule (4-Day Work Week):
Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Mondays as needed ( approx. 4-5 times a year )

Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting with hygiene procedures (double hygiene support)
Taking and processing digital X-rays
Coronal polishing (if certified)
Assisting doctor with exams and charting
Communicating treatment recommendations
Scheduling hygiene and restorative appointments
Sterilization and instrument processing (primary role)
Simple lab tasks and organization
Supporting clinical flow and patient experience
You may be involved in all areas of the practice over time, including restorative assisting, but the primary focus will be hygiene support and sterilization leadership.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience (Required)
General practice experience preferred but not required
Willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and work ethic
