To reserve NUC’s call or text show contact info . Customers are constantly surprised how easy to handle and hardy the pure Russian bees are. If you want bees perfectly adapted to the Pacific Northwest climate, we have pure Russian bees, queens are provided by Coy Bee Company, and they are one of the original certified pure Russian queen producers. Russian Honey Bees were brought to the U.S. during the mid-1990’s. Pure Russian queens are good honey producers, are not aggressive, and maintain excellent resistance to Varroa mites.
Queens can be difficult to spot in a hive so this year we are offering NUC’s with the queens still in their cage, ready to be released when you transfer your bees to their new home. You will receive a minimum of 2 brood frames, 1-2 honey frames, a frame of foundation, and a new Russian queen or winter over queen depending on what you order.
