Built this guy 2014 off just a bare trailer. Steel corner posts and spare wood. Some of the wood should be replaced and repaired. Just put on a new roof, but did run one corner into a building, but it still does it's job. You could easily house about 30 chickens in here. 3 doors - Human, low entry and high entry thru a window that can close. All doors and openings can be secured to rotate your flock. Multiple nesting boxes, with exterior egg collecting - but I'd replace the doors. Wheels are good and it moves easy. The ball hitch lever works, but it does not crank anymore. I do have a video I can send also.
