Craftsman Riding Tractor for repair - $200 (Belfair)

It sat under a tarp for 2 years after my husband passed. I had it looked at and the gear box is rusty and won't roll but when tested it appeared that many other parts are good on the tractor. The man told me running it was worth $2000. and to offer it to a repair person so they could make some money on it. So that's what this is about.
