This 2 Gallon (8 quarts or 9 liters) stainless steel maslin pan has the classic narrow bottom that fits most stovetop burners, but has a wider top area that increases the surface area for cooking and thickening delicious homemade jams, jellies, and marmalade, and can be used as a stockpot to make stews and soups. Has graduate measuring lines on the inside, and a centered carry handle and a side handle to make pouring over the rolled rim pouring spout easier. This pan can also be placed in an oven.
