Complete 15-Gallon All-Grain Home Brewing System + 3 Cornelius Kegs – Turn-Key Electric HERMS Ready Setup!
I'm selling my full all-grain brewing system that I've used for years to produce excellent 15-gallon batches. Everything you need to go from grain to glass is included — including 3 Cornelius kegs. Just add CO₂ and you're ready to brew and serve.
This is a serious, high-quality system built for consistency and ease:
- Three heavy-duty 25-gallon stainless steel pots (Hot Liquor Tank, Mash Tun, and Boil Kettle)
- Electric HLT with dual heating elements (4500W 240V for fast heat-up + 1500W 120V thermostat-controlled for precise temperature maintenance)
- Propane-powered boil kettle with banjo burner
- Fully insulated Mash Tun with spray nozzle for continuous sparging + extra foam wrap for rock-solid temperature stability
- Two Chugger pumps with dimmer switches for perfect flow control during recirculation and sparging
- Camlock fittings and ½" 3-piece ball valves everywhere for quick, leak-free connections
Power note (important): The system is designed to run both electric elements at the same time and needs a 40-amp 240V outlet (I ran a 50-amp RV plug at my house — the male plug is shown in the photos). You can get by with a 20-amp 240V circuit using only one element at a time, but I don’t recommend it for 15-gallon batches.
The setup shines during the mash: the immersion chiller is configured as a true HERMS coil for precise step mashing and excellent efficiency. The boil kettle is optimized for pellet hops using the whirlpool method, but I’m also including a bazooka mesh filter if you prefer whole-leaf hops.
Everything included (and I’m probably still forgetting a few things):
- 3 Cornelius kegs (Corny kegs) — ready for force carbonation and serving
- Immersion wort chiller (HERMS-ready)
- Plate wort chiller (never used since switching to pellets)
- Homemade counterflow wort chiller (ugly but works great with pellets — no clogging)
- Stir plate + Erlenmeyer flask for yeast starters
- Grain mill + two 7-gal buckets
- Refractometer and hydrometer
- 7-gal FastFerment conical fermenter (with brackets and drain hose) — primary, yeast harvest, and secondary all in one vessel
- Two 6-gal glass carboys + three 5-gal glass carboys
- Oxygenation setup (tank adapter, filter, and stone) — way better than shaking carboys
- Carboy & corny keg cleaning pump system (uses brewery wash in buckets — works like a Mark’s Keg Washer but cheaper)
- 12" false bottom (convert a big Igloo cooler into a mash tun if you ever want to)
- Carboy caps, airlocks (bubblers + large PVC ones), stainless stirring spoon & paddle, hop bags, extra fittings, PBW, Star San, and tons of other small stuff
This is a complete, turn-key system that produces clear, great-tasting beer with minimal hassle. I’ve brewed dozens of batches on it and it’s been rock-solid. Everything is clean and ready to go — no broken parts, no missing pieces.
If you’ve been thinking about stepping up from extract or small-batch brewing, this will save you an enormous amount of time and frustration while letting you brew bigger and better beer right away.
Serious buyers only — local pickup in Silverdale, WA. Cash or Apple Pay. Feel free to ask any questions or request more photos. I’m happy to show it in person to anyone genuinely interested.
