We are an independent, family-owned coffee shop and cafe with locations in Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island. In addition to making the highest quality espresso beverages we also serve made to order sandwiches, pastries and breakfast items that are made in-house daily.

Preferred candidates will have barista, customer service, food prep and/or baking experience.

We are looking for someone that is: outgoing, friendly, energetic, a team player, dedicated, punctual, self-motivated, reliable and trustworthy; has excellent customer service skills, sense of urgency, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, strong work ethic; is able to multitask, takes initiative, responds well when given direction but doesn't need to be constantly provided direction, able to work independently and as a member of a team.

What you can expect as a member of our team is to work in a fast paced environment where many customers require promt attention. At times when there aren't many customers you will need to be planning ahead for future customers, baking, preparing food, cleaning and restocking, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet customers, take orders, operate POS/register
-Create outstanding espresso based beverages
-Learn regulars names and what they drink
-Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment
-Understand customers desires and appropriately match them with our offerings
-Breakfast - preparing ingredients and assembling breakfast burritos and sandwiches
-Lunch - preparation of produce, assembly of sandwiches, wraps and salads
-Baking - quiche, cookies, bars, brownies, stratas, etc.
-Monitor inventory levels of baked good and make more items as needed
-Multi task and effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities
-Work quickly and efficiently
-Perform cleaning duties throughout shift and at the end of day
-Make appropriate decisions about what functions to perform during non-peak hours

Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18-years old, preferred candidates will be at least 21-years old
- Must have or be willing to obtain Washington Food Handlers card and Class 13 liquor license
- Preferred candidates will have barista, food service or customer service experience
