Seeking a reliable and experienced individual to provide the above mentioned services for a beautiful waterfront home on Bainbridge Island that we are ready to list on Airbnb / VRBO. The property consists of three separate structures including a small one bedroom home (870 sf), a boat house (400 sf), and a MIL above a garage (480 sf). Each structure is very unique and beautifully designed and we'd hope to keep it in prime condition for our use as well as paying guests. Task would include: cleaning, washing linens, making beds, restocking / setup for incoming guests, general evaluation of the state of things post guests, and ideally a point person that could be on call to address guest issues and / or delivery of items as necessary (this would likely be fairly rare). At this point turnover frequency is unknown, but we hope that it will be booked frequently. Ideal candidate would have house cleaning and guest service experience, and live in Kitsap County (within +/-30 minutes of the property).
