compensation: 22.00 per hour plus tip eligible. 90 day training/probation period with an additional 2.00 raise after and eligible for bonus/incentives

This is a position for Essence of the Thymes that requires a passion for customer service. It is ideal to have food service background. You will be doing sales, contracting, marketing and following the event through as a lead server.
Must have a positive attitude
Must enjoy food
Must have reliable transportation and good driving record (No DUIs)
Must have food handlers permit
Must get a class 12 MAST permit (within first 30 days)
Must be able to be flexible with schedule. 1/2 the hours will be 9-5:00ish in the office, but events are on weekends and evenings

This is a great position for awesome servers or bartenders that aren't looking to be on their feet the full 35 to 40 hours. You get to be a part of great events and a great team with super supportive chefs.
