Friendly Cove Studios is offering a guided aerial experience where you control the cameras and sensors while our FAA-licensed pilot handles all flight operations on a second controller. You get the excitement, control, and data — and we take care of the safety, regulatory requirements, airspace authorizations and complex flying.
It’s the perfect way to capture incredible views, inspect your land, or document your property with professional-grade equipment.
⭐ WHAT YOU CONTROL
After a short introduction, you’ll command a full suite of enterprise-level sensors to perform:
🔸 Thermal scans of buildings, roofs, equipment, livestock, water features, and vegetation
🔸 Cinematic wide-angle photography & video of your land and surroundings
🔸 Up to 200× zoom inspections for detailed documentation of structures, fences, treelines, and hard-to-reach areas
🔸 Range-finding & waypoint marking for points of interest or measurement needs
🔸 High-resolution imaging & optional LiDAR scanning for mapping, modeling, and property analysis
Prefer not to touch the controls?
We can operate everything while you direct the mission from our large on-site video monitors.
⭐ WHAT YOU GET
At the end of your flight, you receive all the photos, videos, thermal scans, and maps collected during your session.
You may use the imagery for personal or commercial purposes, as all flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 by a licensed remote pilot, which authorizes the collection of aerial data for commercial use.
We also offer optional post-processing, including:
