Myth is an SS 28.5 foot Lotus Classic Sloop built in 1965. Myth is a “coastal cruiser” perfectly designed for sailing in Puget Sound, the San Juan’s and the inside passage, easy to single hand and capable in nasty weather. She has undergone a total hull and deck restoration and a complete re-fastening with silicon bronze. The interior and engine were removed to gain access to the planks and frames that needed replacing. The mast, boom and spreaders are bright spruce and refinished. The bow and stern pulpit are new and custom built in stainless along with the lifelines. The winches, dorade vents and cleats all brass have been fully maintenanced and in great condition. She is in Port Orchard in a covered slip protected from the weather but comes with a custom fitted full cover in excellent shape.

This is not a project boat but a reinstallation job that will need the interior replaced, an engine installed, some new wiring which is rather minimal. Finally Mast, boom, stations, lifelines and rigging will need to re-installed. Everything is here except an engine (I have an Atomic 4 that was intended to replace the old original for sale separately). The big “C” diagnosis forces me to part with this gem at a fraction of the investmentt. My
