If you’ve been looking for a nontoxic, solid wood crib that will grow with your child, then you’ve probably heard of Green Cradle.
We bought this gorgeous, Moss Green Slat Crib for our second child and absolutely loved it! He used it from birth to 3 years old when we moved into a smaller house and had to purchase a bunk bed.
It has already been disassembled and is in excellent condition save a small nick in the headboard courtesy of our movers. (Grrrrrr!). I’ll try and hunt for a few photos from when we had it in our son’s room. In the meantime, please take a look at the stock photos from the web. Dimensions are also listed there.
The crib is made of solid maple, and is a warm, neutral color that blends well with any color palette. It’s also a 4-in-1 convertible design so it can convert from baby crib, to toddler bed, to daybed and (finally) to a full size bed.
The crib itself is over $3,600 new (excluding tax and shipping). The conversion kits are sold separately, but are readily available from the furniture makers.
We are asking $2,500 OBO and will include the toddler bed conversion (a $450 value).
You must be able to pick the crib up from our driveway in North Bainbridge. It is solid wood and VERY heavy, so please bring an extra pair of hands (we can also help if needed, but it really is a 2-3 person job).
