Move-ins/ Sweep after move-outs
Convert any walk-ups, and move in online/take payment
Answer emails
Deposit any physical funds to bank
Auctions of leined units
Follow up on U-Hall Referrals
Initial problem-solving of gate issues
Answer customer questions
Handle lockouts/gate updates
Upsell insurance & Overlocks
Ensure cameras are working properly
Oversee property security
Make sure grounds are picked up/free of trash
Ensure there is no pest activity
Provide excellent customer service, be friendly, and get to know customers!
