EXTRAS/TERMS/PETS
Short-term rental only unless the right tenant and circumstances come along, generally someone in healthcare like a visiting med student, resident/fellow.
-We LOVE pups, have several adorable ones of our own.
-Your fur baby must be fully potty trained, cannot be left alone (or in a crate!) for more than 2-3h or weigh more than 20lb.
Exceptions are considered. If approved, pup rent is $500 for the stay or $200/mo, whichever is more. Additional security deposit with a fur baby.
**RENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT**
-$5,700/month if less than 12mos; $5,000 if 12mos or longer. (Also available on a weekly basis $2200/wk or $325/night)
If you're a visiting MS3/4, it is ideal if you could find a classmate or other visiting MS3/4 (ask your dept) to split the cost.
-Utilities: $300-425/mo (high during Nov-March and July-Sept or if anyone works from home or runs HVAC higher than normal)
-Cleaning fee $300 (if your stay is longer than 3 months, it will be between $400-500, depending on length of stay and number of occupants)
-First month's rent plus $6,500 security deposit required for move-in.
-Pup rent $500 for the duration of your stay, or $200/mo, whichever is more. Security deposit with fur baby is $7,500 (weight limit 20lb; exceptions may be made on individual basis)
If approved for a stay for longer than one month, last month's rent will also be required at move-in.
Just 3 RULES--sorry no exceptions
1) NO wearing shoes inside the house.
2) NO wearing your white coat or scrubs that you wore in the hospital/clinic which harbor all kinds of MDR-organisms like MRSA, C diff., VRE, etc.
3) NO smoking of any kind (tob, vaping, marijuana), burning candles, or using illicit substances anywhere inside the house or on the premises.

Include your .edu/.org/company email address and the best way to reach you
(CL scrambles our emails so we can't see your complete email address).
-If you are bringing a partner/spouse/friend, we need the same info: complete name, company, professional email if available, what will s/he do during your stay
-If you're not in medicine/academics, please indicate the purpose of your stay.
-If you plan to bring your fur baby, please indicate: Age, breed, sex, weight, how you potty-trained him/her, who will take care of him/her when you're away, e.g., at work. Pics are helpful.
