Here is a restored 10’ deck trailer
The frame is mostly made of 2x3” tube steel 16” steel tracks.. all has been stripped. The bottom of the frame has hade 2 coats of 3M rubberized undercoating and 2 coats of Bed liner on top of that protecting the underside from weather, road degree, oils and prevents rust. And the top has heavy layers of bedliner. Over 2.5 gallons of rubberized undercoating and Bed liner was used. Tongue to tail is 14’ Between wheel wells is 5’7”, back 2’ are 6’11”
Other than the frame every single thing is new all the the hardware, every bolt,nut,washer,screw wire Absolutely all of it is new. Here is a list of all the brand new parts.
-3.5k idler axle.
-2x wheel hub assembly’s
-2.5k leaf springs (higher capacity springs giving smoother towing with heavier loads)
-pressure treated deck boards
-Tail lights, Tail light brackets, side marker lights, lic plate bracket.
-3 brand new matching wheels and tires.
-Aluminum weather proof tool box, with 2x 2 inch 30’ ratchet straps, heavy duty wheel chocks.
-wiring harness, wiring line, fasteners
-8 anchor D ring anchors
-grip tape on steel deck tracks
-spare holder, trailer jack with wheel.
-3.5k heavy duty hand winch
-trailer tongue coupler for 2” ball, tongue handle, safety chains
- 60”x12” 6k capacity heavy duty aluminum ramps .
