Top Secret Customs & Restorations is the largest custom car and restoration shop in the Northwest, and we have an immediate full-time opening for an experienced automotive painter who’s passionate about show-quality work and loves what they do.

About Us:
At Top Secret Customs & Restorations, we build award-winning, high-end customs—many exceeding $500,000 builds. Our 21,000 sq. ft. facility in Arlington, WA houses Skilled team members and over 30 ongoing projects at any given time. We have a steady backlog and zero layoffs, ever.
We’re a true full-service shop:
- Metalwork
- Body
- Paint
- Upholstery
- Wiring
- Chassis
- Engine Swaps
- Full Mechanical Services
Everything is done in-house — we send nothing out.
We don’t do:
- Collision work
- Insurance jobs
- Budget builds
- Late-model repairs
We’re 100% customs and restorations, built the right way.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in custom, hot rod, or restoration paint work
- Ability to produce show-quality finishes — candy, pearl, flake, multi-stage
- Strong prep, masking, and finishing skills
- Passion for craftsmanship, detail, and teamwork
- Dependable, positive attitude, and pride in your work
